About Evelyn Cho

R.Ac/RTCMP & RMT

I was born and raised in Toronto, and grew up in a household that was rich with Chinese traditions.  The women of the family always knew what to do if someone was even slightly under the weather. I didn’t appreciate it at the time, but they were masters of illness prevention and slowing/stopping illness progression. Prevention was king and our lifestyle revolved around staying healthy. There is so much wisdom in these traditions and I’ve made it my life mission to share with anyone that wants to know how they can feel their best.

I started off with a degree in Kinesiology at McMaster University, focusing on rehab sciences.  I loved the hands-on approach to care, so I pursued a Massage Therapy diploma at Sutherland-Chan school, followed by a diploma in Acupuncture and Herbal medicine at Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine Academy in Toronto.

I am now a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine and registered Massage Therapist.  I'm always looking to learn more to serve my patients better, and continue to take post graduate seminars.

I love to treat repetitive strains, injury (from sports or trauma), chronic fatigue, digestive issues, migraines/headaches, and pediatric diseases.

Post graduate training include:

  • Master Tung Acupuncture and Bloodletting

  • Medical Pulse Diagnosis

  • Dr. Richard Tan’s Balance Method

  • Dynamic Cupping

  • Fibromyalgia Strategies

  • Facial Aesthetic Acupuncture

  • Applied Channel Palpation

  • Dao needling (Acupotomy)

  • Neuro-Meridian Acupuncture

  • Dry needling
