Pain & Injury Recovery

My signature treatment!  Having trained and studied both Western and Eastern approaches to treating pain and injury for many years, I have combined the most effective things I’ve learned from each method to create customized treatments that get to the root of pain efficiently.  So whether you have an acute injury, old or chronic/recurring pain, managing a complex condition, hit a plateau with other methods, or looking to maintain optimal functioning, I am able to devise a plan to help you reach your goals.  Depending on the issue and your preference, I may use a combination of the following techniques after a full assessment and with your full consent:

  • Acupuncture/Acupressure

  • Electrical Stimulation

  • Cupping

  • Massage and Manual techniques

  • Scraping/Gua Sha

  • Topical medicine (ointments or liniments)

  • Heat therapy (Moxibustion or Infrared heat lamp)

  • Bloodletting

  • Acupotomy (Dao needling)

  • Remedial exercise prescriptions
